Is the PETLUX V3 suitable for large cats (such as Maine Coons)?
Yes. The V3 has a 100-liter drum, a 31x25 cm entry, and has been tested with cats up to 20 kg.
What is the difference between the V2 and V3?
The V2 has been on the market for two years. The V3 is larger, waterproof, supports eco-trays, and has improved app integration and odor control. So, an improvement on the V2!
Which cat litter works best?
Use clumping, low-dust litter. Recommended types: bentonite, corn, Ecolitter. Avoid wood and gel pellets. The best cat litter is our own, which we've spent over 18 months testing and improving. Order this here.
How do I maintain an automatic litter box?
Empty and clean the waste bin weekly. Replace the odor filter every 60 days. Use the PETLUX cleaning agent for optimal hygiene.
Can I connect the litter box to my phone?
Yes. Through the PETLUX app, available for iOS and Android. Multiple users are supported.
What are the usage costs?
Average:
- 1 waste bag/week per cat
- 1 filter/60 days
- 5 kg grit/month per cat
With our V3 you can also opt for plastic-free waste bins such as the stainless steel and Cardboard waste bin
How do I prevent odors?
The PETLUX V3 uses an odor filter with CR resin, an airtight rubber ring, and an (optional) stainless steel insert. This effectively minimizes odors.
The PETLUX V2 uses an electronic ionizer that minimizes odor.
Can I just use cleaning agents?
No. Preferably use the PETLUX cat litter cleaner. Regular cleaning agents can damage the material.

We strive to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping:

My product isn't working properly. What now?
Please contact our customer service. We offer a standard 2-year warranty.
